How will the Great Resignation change the Jewish workplace? And how is it already having an impact? A May 2022 study shows that 1 in 5 American employees are looking to change jobs in the next year, with 1 in 3 looking for salary increases. What’s behind this? The Jewish communal workplace has the opportunity to recalibrate in this moment, refocus our attention on equity, respect and supporting our employees to be their whole selves at work.  Dr. Sara Shapiro-Plevan will share data from the non-profit and for-profit sectors and hear how we might make sense of these dramatic changes and leverage this moment to find what we need, to reach for our values, and find the integrity and equity we require in our Jewish workplaces. Advance registration required with Marci

The 2022-23 JProStL board is hard at work planning out a full range of professional development workshops, affinity groups, and networking opportunities for 2022-23. Details to follow.
