Individualized Leadership Coaching
Marci Mayer Eisen, MSW, ACC, is an ICF (International Coaching Federation) certified coach and a graduate of the College of Executive Coaching. Marci combines her background in community organization, social work, and nonprofit management to support the work of professional staff and lay leaders.
If you are a staff person, board member, or emerging leader at a Jewish organization, you are invited to experience one-time focused or short-term leadership coaching to help you prioritize, clarify, and implement your goals, in-person, over Zoom, or over the phone.
Marci also offers small group workshops on “Introduction to Leadership Coaching: How to Find Coachable Moments.”
What makes coaching distinct?
- Coaches help the client identify values, priorities, and new possibilities along with specific goals and action steps.
- Clients set the agenda and are seen by the coach as fully capable of identifying their own goals and solving their own challenges.
- Coaches stay in a mindset of authentic curiosity and take inquiry to a deeper level.
- Coaching is based on confidentiality and trust.
