Lauren Cohen, JD, PCC has a deep commitment to developing leaders that people want to work with and creating team conditions that inspire everyone to do their best. She supports executive leaders and top teams in amplifying strengths and executing critical strategic initiatives. Prior to becoming a Certified Professional Coach, Lauren advised company leaders in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters. Lauren received both her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and her J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis.

Lauren will contribute her knowledge and talents to the upcoming 2024 Millstone Fellows as the lead facilitator. Lauren currently serves on the board of Saul Mirowitz Jewish Community School and previously was on the board of ADL Heartland. Lauren has held a number of lay leadership roles within Jewish Federation, including co-chair and co-facilitator of ACCESS Leadership and was the recipient of the Jewish Federation’s esteemed David N. and Roselin Grosberg Young Leadership Award in 2019.
