Lubin Green Foundation

The Lubin-Green Foundation has been a supporting foundation of the Jewish Federation of St. Louis since 1985.

The Foundation provides support and grants for projects and programs within the affiliated agencies of the Jewish Federation of St. Louis, other local agencies, congregations and/or programs within the St. Louis community. Additionally, the Foundation supports international Jewish causes, particularly Partnership 2000, which links St. Louis and its sister region in Israel, Yokne’am-Megiddo.

Areas of interest include Jewish federated programs and agencies, services and programs for children and seniors, and support for Israel. The Foundation Board meets three to four times per year, to consider grant requests and make allocations recommendations. Mrs. Karole R. Green serves as President of the Foundation.

ISRAEL @ 68
Are you and your organization making plans to celebrate Israel @ 68? Would you like some additional funding to support your project? Through the generosity of the Lubin-Green Foundation, a supporting foundation of the Jewish Federation of St. Louis, we will be offering a series of micro-grants to organizations wishing to ramp up their celebrations.

THE GRANTS: A total of $15,000 has been allocated for distribution to organizations creating innovative new Yom Ha’Atzmaut programs or enhancements to existing programs. The goal is to offer multiple opportunities to a large cross-section of our community as we celebrate Israel’s Independence Day. Applications may be submitted by an individual organization or for a project in collaboration with multiple organizations. The program must take place around Yom Ha’Atzmaut, May 12 and completed by June 30, 2016.

The deadline for grant submission has passed.
