Jewish Federation of St. Louis is offering an internship program for college students who attend school in St. Louis or are from the St. Louis area. This nine-week paid summer opportunity will provide meaningful employment at a local business or non-profit organization, a community mentor and opportunities to engage with the local Jewish community as part of a special cohort.

- Attend school in St. Louis or live in St. Louis and attend school elsewhere
- Be available Monday through Friday, May 30-Friday, July 28, 2017

A matching process will occur after being selected to determine the specific internship site for participants based on their interests and goals for the summer. In addition, each student will be paired with a mentor in the community who will help to guide them throughout the internship to make the most of the experience. Finally, all participants will engage in a series of leadership development sessions to help hone skills around areas such as networking, communication, leadership styles and more.
The Internship Experience for Future Community Leaders was created to inspire, support, and retain the next generation of Jewish Leaders in the St. Louis Community by providing meaningful engagement with St. Louis businesses, non-profits, and community leaders. This program is designed to provide developmental summer internships with leading St. Louis businesses and non-profit agencies, leadership development, networking and mentorship for college age students.
