Connecting Jewish Community: An Outreach Program

Please join us for a special community service opportunity to enhance the holidays for our community members that are homebound or living in care facilities. We will be making care packages to be delivered to these individuals for Purim.

Voices of the Generations

Julie Kohner’s presentation, Voices of the Generations, teaches about the Holocaust through its impact on one family and the experience of her parent’s, both survivors, Hanna and Walter. The presentation  includes the screening of a 1953 episode of the television program, “This Is Your Life,” featuring Hanna Kohner, the first time a Holocaust survivor ever shared her experiences on national television.
