Scenario Planning Workshop Series

Organizations are invited to bring a team to participate in a series of in-depth, hands-on planning workshops. You will work on strategies for your organization given various potential scenarios reflecting on the next two years. This is an opportunity to examine your values, vision, capabilities, and assets to make decisions around what your organization might be doing and how to do it given the changing environment.

A Zoom Lunch and Learn with Dr. Elai Rettig

Dr. Elai Rettig is the Israel Institute Teaching Fellow in Israeli and Environmental Studies at Washington University in St. Louis. In this four-part series, Professor Rettig will explore the history of Israel’s foreign policy relationship with the US, including the role that diaspora Jewish communities play in Israel’s foreign policy and Israel’s changing role in the Middle East with the recent UAE agreement.

The Secret Jews of Majorca

The Spanish island of Majorca is known for its beach resorts, limestone mountains, and Moorish remains. But Majorca holds a secret, never discussed in most travel guides. During the Inquisition, the Crypto-Jews or Chuetas publicly professed Catholicism while privately adhering to Judaism. Still, hundreds of Jews were murdered and only 15 families survived.
