PAUSE is a day to recharge, reflect and build your professional community! Topics include Amplifying Your Voice, Taking Care of the Environment, Stretching & Meditation at Your Desk, Creating a Vision Board, Power of the Written Word, Motivation for Change, Challah Braiding, Influencing on Social Media, Creating Spaces for Dialogue and more. You will leave with new networks, new ideas and new professional friends.
