Mizzou Hillel is a place where Jewish students come to meet each other and get involved in Jewish life in mid-Missouri. It is committed to creating a pluralistic, welcoming, and inclusive environment; fostering student growth and the balance in being distinctively Jewish and universally human; advancing social justice, Jewish learning, and spirituality; embracing Israel and global Jewish peoplehood; and creating a close-knit community of people with one thing in common: being Jewish. This grant allows Mizzou Hillel to look at the ways that students connect to Jewish identity and Israel, and to more fully engage Jewish students on campus, challenging those students to build a broader connection to their Jewish Identity.
