Nikki Adams, MSW, LMSW, a trained facilitator with Provident Behavioral Health, will help you learn mindfulness techniques and other effective tools to reclaim your calm and enhance your well-being. Provided with GGs (Gals on the Go), the Mirowitz Center women’s organization. No cost to register, but RSVP required.
