Stefan Ihrig is a Professor of History at the University of Haifa. He works on various aspects of European and Middle Eastern history with an interest in the media as well as political and social discourses. His most recent book, Justifying Genocide: Germany and the Armenians from Bismarck to Hitler, has been awarded the 2017 Dr. Sona Aronian Book Prize for excellence in Armenian Studies.
