Are you looking for a fun, creative, and social activity to keep your mind sharp and your spirit young? Look no further than this improvisation group, led by Rebekah Scallet, Artistic Director of The New Jewish Theatre. Join the Mirowitz Center class that participants call “loads of fun” and “immensely enjoyable!” On the second Thursday of each month, learn the basics of improvisation such as creating scenes, characters, and stories on the spot, and practice life skills like listening, collaboration, spontaneity, and humor. Whether new to improv or have some previous experience, this class offers a supportive and playful environment! No scripts, no memorization, no pressure – just laughter and learning!
