We are delighted to honor Dana Sandeweiss with the 2025 NCJWSTL Hannah G. Solomon Founder’s Award!
Dana is a licensed attorney in Missouri. Dana was a research analyst for the Environment Committee in the Arizona House of Representatives and later lobbied for the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality. Dana attended St. Louis University School of Law, and practiced law at Gallop Johnson & Neuman, L.C. in Clayton, MO where she practiced in the areas of general corporate, real estate and environmental law.
Dana is a founding member of Planned Parenthood of the St. Louis Region and Southwest Missouri’s Leadership Circle, a group of over 600 philanthropic individuals. Dana helped start and is on the Board of Coeur Academy, a school that helps students with special needs to achieve individualized goals through a child-led approach, combined with research-based methods and new ideologies. Dana serves on BBYO’s Women’s Leadership Initiative Board and is a co-founder and chair of the Access MO Board, a Missouri state-wide political action committee that supports candidates who publicly embrace and advocate for reproductive healthcare and freedom as well as serving on the Board of the St. Louis Economic Development Partnership Board of Directors. Dana is a graduate of FOCUS Leadership St. Louis and Washington University’s Women’s Leadership Forum.
