“Light Up Our Work: Creating a Thriving Workplace Culture,” a JProStL program for staff who work at Jewish organizations, congregations, and schools will take place on Wednesday, Dec. 1, from noon to 1 pm, by Zoom.

The program will be facilitated by Mark S. Young and moderated by Rabbi Lori Levine.

Young has an extensive background in leadership development, innovation, HR, and Jewish education and camp. Young is the Inaugural Director of JResponse at JCC Association of North America, author of the recent book “Bless Our Workforce” and a recognized continental expert on ways to build successful work cultures in Jewish organizations.

He will share strategies to amplify organizational strengths through listening, mentorship, mission, flexibility, and developing meaningful relationships with each other.

Rabbi Levine is Rabbi Educator at Congregation Shaare Emeth. She received her rabbinic ordination in 2018 from Hebrew Union College and B.A. from NYU in 2010. Rabbi Levine is the current chair of JProStl Professional Development.
