The CEO Search Committee is pleased to report the search is proceeding as planned and that we are deeply impressed by the quality of the candidates we have encountered through this process. We are in the process of interviewing a number of candidates and have left these interactions feeling energized and optimistic about the possibilities ahead for our community. And we are hearing from candidates in return that they admire and are strongly attracted to the quality of Federation’s programming, our ambitious plans, and dedicated team of staff and lay leaders.
The committee continues to be informed by advice and input from others in the community, from board discussions, the listening tour, the online survey, and other communications. These inputs have greatly contributed to the committee’s focus and approach. As co-chairs, we are also glad to note that our search committee members are listening to each other, learning from each other, and embracing the common goal of finding the best person to become our next President & CEO. We are all excited about what lies ahead and are proud to represent Federation in this important process.
