The Millstone Institute, a program of the Jewish Federation of St. Louis, will sponsor the Annual Presidents’ Circle on Monday, Aug. 19, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. for all board presidents, presidents-elect, clergy, and execs/CEOs throughout the St. Louis Jewish community at the Kaplan Feldman Complex, 12 Millstone Drive.

The theme of the program is “The Power of a Story” and will feature Lindy Drew, co-founder and lead storyteller for Human of St. Louis (HOSTL). Participants will experience how to deepen a relationship, strengthen a board or staff team, and share the important work of their organization through the power of an individual’s story.

HOSTL has nearly 130,000 followers on social media and offers intimate looks into the lives and struggles of the people of St. Louis. Drew is also an accomplished documentary photographer and has lived and traveled throughout Latin America. She received her MSW and MPH from the Brown School of Social Work at Washington University in St. Louis and completed an internship with the Jewish Federation of St. Louis.

The Millstone Institute is supported by Mont & Karen Levy and the Lubin-Green Foundation, a supporting foundation of the Jewish Federation of St. Louis. Jonathan Deutsch is chair of the Millstone Institute and Dee Mogerman is chair of the program.
