On March 6, the Young Adult Communications Task Force had its final meeting to complete work on the new brand and vision of the young adult division! This process will culminate August 22 with an exciting kick-off event. Stay tuned for the roll out of the new YPD, led by Young Adult Coordinator Becca Near.
A brief history lesson on the background of this process…
In conjunction with the Jewish Federation of St. Louis’ new Strategic Plan, Community Impact facilitated a collaboration with the Community Engagement and Development departments to assess the role of YPD in young adult engagement. The Young Adult Engagement Task Force was formed and began working in December 2017 and concluded with a proposed strategy in May 2018.
Once the new mission and focus areas were set, a select group of young professionals in St. Louis gathered for the Young Adult Communications Task Force. Each individual has a strong background in marketing, public relations, communications, or design. This diverse team was tasked with shaping the future of YPD in terms of design, messaging, and overall brand.
