Yair, our guide from Neot Kedumim, a biblical reserve landscape in Israel began his presentation of giving us a little history on Israel and its landscape. He then said something that will be remembered forever. “Welcome Home!” He then explained that we were going to plant a tree and that Israel is not his, but all of ours to share. We were already excited about planting a tree, but knowing that the tree we plant will help future generations that will share Israel too. What an experience!
