For the second year, Jewish Federation of St. Louis is hosting “Summer in the City,” a series of free events for Jewish college students and recent college graduates (ages 18 to 22 years) who are spending the summer in St. Louis. The events will give young adults the chance to connect with new friends and explore the local Jewish and social scenes.

Summer in the City events include:

  • Classic Shabbat Dinner at Chabad on Campus, Friday, June 13, 7:30 pm;
  • Moroccan-themed Shabbat Dinner at St. Louis Hillel at Washington University, Friday, June 20, 7 pm;
  • March in the Pride St. Louis Parade in Downtown St. Louis, Sunday, June 29, 10 am;
  • BBQ Cookout at Next Dor, Friday, July 4, 3 pm;
  • Volunteer for NCJW’s Back to School Store at CRC, Tuesday, July 15, 5:30 pm ;
  • Happy hour with YPD at Bishop’s Post (must be 21 to attend), Thursday, July 17, 6 pm;
  • A Celebration of St. Louis: 250 in 250! at Missouri History Museum, Sunday, August 3, 11 am;
  • Food Truck Friday at Tower Grove Park Friday, August 8, 5 pm.
