The Young Professionals Division (YPD) of Jewish Federation of St. Louis will celebrate the end of the 2013 Community Campaign and all things St. Louis at “Gateway Soiree,” Saturday, October 12, from 8 to 11 pm at the St. Louis Science Center.

The party, one of the largest signature events of the year for YPD, will recognize the generosity of members who contribute to Federation’s 2013 Community Campaign in St. Louis style. Special entertainment will be provided by singer Nikko Smith, the hometown finalist on the 2005 season of the hit reality television show American Idol. In addition, attendees will feast on St. Louis specialty eats, vamp in a photo/video booth, participate in Science Center loft interactive activities and enjoy a special view of the Arch. Additional surprises and giveaways will be a part of the celebration.

Tickets are $23 per person in advance (by October 10) or $35 per person at the door. The event is open to donors who give $52 or more to the 2013 Jewish Federation of St. Louis Community Campaign, helping Federation support a thriving Jewish community in St. Louis, Israel and around the world. Contributions can be made at the time of registration. Register online at ypdstl.org/campaignclose13.

The event is sponsored by On the Run, Essex Industries and Members Financial Services.
