Hi all! Thanks for visiting our blog. My name is Joel Frankel and I’m the Israel Engagement Professional at Jewish Federation of St. Louis. From December 16-26 I’m leading the Winter 2012 STL Community Taglit-Birthright Israel Trip. This trip gives a group of 40 22-26 year olds the chance to explore Israel for the first time and create lasting memories.
Our itinerary is jam-packed with history, adventure, and culture. We’ll visit the places you’ve always heard about, like the Western Wall and Tel Aviv. We’ll experience Israel up close by swimming in the Dead Sea, hiking Masada at sunrise, and visiting a Bedouin tent. And we’ll become a family, spending Shabbat together and taking the trip of a lifetime.
