Dana Emmenegger, 33, an account director, has connected to Jewish Federation in different ways as her life has evolved. Initially, just out of college, she wanted to meet other young St. Louis Jewish adults and joined Jewish Federation’s Young Professionals Division. It was an opportunity for her to give to the Jewish community and help assure there would be a strong Jewish community here for her in the future. After marriage and kids, her Jewish needs expanded. Today, family connections top her list of Jewish priorities. In addition to supporting and signing up for the PJ Library program, her family has participated in the YPD Day of Service, a wonderful family bonding and social justice experience; is involved in a number of JCC family events and is also part of DorWays, Shaare Zedek’s group for young members and their families. In addition, Dana continues to be invested in our community through her support of Jewish Federation, both as a donor and active member of Federation’s Board of Trustees.
