I’m looking forward to seeing a country that I grew up learning about, seeing the history as well as places like the Kotel, which I have heard so much about.
Who are you meeting in Israel and what is their role/profession?
I am meeting with some Israeli soldiers and going to a military base. I was set up with this since I spent 9 years with the U.S. Army.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time I enjoy working out and running. I am also a huge sports fan and enjoy rooting for the Cards, Blues and Rams.
What are you doing to prepare for this experience?
I have spent a lot of time talking to friends who have been to Israel as well as my wife, who was born there. They have told me about everything Israel has to offer and all the things that I need to experience while I am there.
