Bais Abe – The Jewish Experience in China Weekend of Learning
Organizer(s): Bais Abraham Congregation (email)
Join Bais Abe following Shabbat morning services for lunch and Sol Laudon presenting “Far East of Eden: Jews in China and Chinese Jews.” This historical outline of the Jewish experience in China from the 10th century on, will set the scene for our Sunday Coffee Get Together with Charles Klotzer, a “Shanghai Jew” that will share his story from Europe to China to St. Louis.
These events are free thanks to a generous sponsorship in honor of Sassoon Isaac Ezekiel and Sarah Joseph Ezekiel.
