Leadership Programs

Webber-Jacobs Fellowship

A new leadership development program for adults in their mid-20s to early-30s focused on cultivating the next generation of Jewish young adult leaders.

The Webber-Jacobs Fellowship is designed to cultivate emerging Jewish young-adult leaders grounded in values, community, and philanthropy. The Webber-Jacobs Fellows will deepen their leadership skills through Jewish learning, hands-on experiences, and meaningful connections with peers. By developing purpose-driven leaders through a distinctly Jewish lens, the program aims to cultivate the next generation of community leaders.

Participants in the Webber-Jacobs Fellowship will:

  1. Strengthen personal leadership styles through Jewish learning, values exploration, and guided reflection.
  2. Build meaningful community connections through a supportive cohort of peers.
  3. Grow confidence in community engagement and philanthropy by learning the fundamentals of Jewish communal leadership, philanthropy, and the Federation’s role in strengthening Jewish life.
  4. Apply leadership learning through a hands-on philanthropy forward capstone at the end of the program.
  5. Leave the program equipped—and excited—to serve, give, and shape the Jewish community’s future.
The Webber-Jacobs Fellowship is made possible by the generous support of Hank Webber and Christine Jacobs
