Federation Leadership Initiatives

Jewish Federation of St. Louis strengthens our Jewish community by cultivating new leaders, welcoming and supporting professional staff, offering tailored training and coaching, and fostering meaningful connections among professionals and lay leaders across Jewish organizations, schools, and congregations.
