This year, L’Chaim! isn’t just an event—it’s an experience.

Join us for Women’s Philanthropy’s signature event celebrating 125 Years of community, connection, and philanthropic giving.

August 27, 2026 | 5:00 pm

The Brilliance Ballroom at
Ameristar Casino, Resort, & Spa

Step into A Night in Monte Carlo. Celebrate alongside an incredible community of women making a real impact. Enjoy wine and our signature cocktail, explore curated food stations, and immerse yourself in an evening of casino-style games* and live entertainment.

We are planning a night of glitz and glam all in a high-energy atmosphere designed for mixing, mingling, and making the night your own.

Dress up in your best formal party wear. Bring your friends. Come ready for a night that’s as fun as it is meaningful.

Only Jewish Federation of St. Louis Women’s Philanthropy can create a night like this—where purpose meets style and giving back feels this good.

Come for the experience. Stay for the connection. Leave feeling part of something bigger.

*No additional cost to play or real cash value to “game winnings” for casino-style games for entertainment at L’Chaim!

L’Chaim! 2026—raise a glass to a night unlike any other.

What is the address of Ameristar? Where do I park?

Ameristar is just 17 minutes away from the Jewish Federation of St. Louis and is located at 1 Ameristar Blvd, St Charles, MO 63301.

There is ample self parking in the casino and conference center garage. When you drive up to the casino, make a right into the garage. Parking on level 3 (conference center) will take you to the Brilliance Ballroom access level. If you park on another level, you will need to take the elevator inside the doors up or down to level 3.

Where do I enter to get to the event?

The Brilliance ballroom can be accessed either from the 3rd floor of the parking garage or from the first floor by walking through the casino lobby and taking the escalators up.

Federation staff will be there to direct you and there will be plenty of signage around the space.

Is the food Kosher?

Yes!
We are so excited that the team at Ameristar has gone above and beyond to work with the Vaad and create a fully kosher, vaad certified event for us. They have put hours of time into researching products and equipment necessary to make this happen and we’re excited for you all to enjoy a delicious meal!

I’m gluten free/vegetarian, will there be food options available for me?

Yes, we will have plenty of gluten free and vegetarian options available.

If there are food stations and not a seated dinner, will I have to stand the whole night?

No.
We will have plenty of tables set up in the space so that you have a place to sit down and eat with your friends. We will also have lounge seating for those who want a quieter area to chat with friends.

What is the approximate time that dinner will be served?

There will be hors d’oeuvres at the cocktail hour from 5-5:45 PM. Dinner stations will open at approximately 7:15 PM.

What is the dress code?

Formal party wear. Slightly more elevated than previous years and more in line with our Monte Carlo theme. But, as always, we want you to wear what you’re most comfortable in.

Will I need to spend additional money for the casino games? Do I need to know how to play the games?

Absolutely not. The casino games are just for fun! Everyone who wants to play will be provided with chips during the entertainment portion of our evening. The chips are only for our event and can’t be used in the actual casino.

We will have Blackjack, Craps, and Roulette available. You do not need to know how to play the games. The dealers are there to explain and guide you. We will also share some “how to play” videos as we get closer to the event.

Will there be other entertainment if I don’t want to gamble?

Of course. We’re excited for the L’Chaim experience this year and part of that experience includes a variety of entertainment like a mentalist, live music, and more!

Is my ticket a donation to the Jewish Federation?

No your ticket is not a donation.

L’Chaim is a Federation event supporting the Annual Campaign. You will be asked to make a pledge to the Jewish Federation of St. Louis’ Annual Campaign at the event and your generosity creates a lasting impact here in St. Louis, in Israel, and around the world.
