A skilled facilitator can transform a room. This workshop will help you become one.
Networking & Refreshments: 8:30 am | Workshop: 9:00 am 12:00 pm
Join us for an interactive, hands-on workshop designed to equip professionals from throughout the community with practical facilitation skills to lead engaging and productive programs, meetings, and trainings.
Through hands-on activities and real-life scenarios, you’ll learn how to:
- Design experiences with intention—build structure that keeps groups focused and moving forward
- Manage group dynamics—read the room and guide energy toward productive outcomes
- Navigate challenges—handle difficult moments with confidence and clarity
- Ensure all voices are heard—create inclusive spaces where participation is genuine, not performative
You’ll leave with tools you can immediately apply to strengthen collaborations, deepen commitments, and drive mission-focused outcomes—whether you’re leading a staff meeting, running a community program, or facilitating a strategic planning session.
