Fitness With An Edge is an energetic fitness class utilizing martial arts techniques and combinations. The class is taught by a fitness instructor and black belt holder, Lucy Foxman. All techniques and combinations will be demonstrated both sitting and standing. Some of the expected benefits from Fitness With An Edge are:
