The J will be hosting Gerry Mandel, author of the new book “A Few Words Before I Go,” as well as an acclaimed novel about Charlie Chaplain entitled “Shadow and Substance,” for a Books and Bagels brunch-and-learn, on the morning of Wednesday September 23rd.
