The J will be hosting Gerry Mandel, author of the new book “A Few Words Before I Go,” as well as an acclaimed novel about Charlie Chaplain entitled “Shadow and Substance,” for a Books and Bagels brunch-and-learn, on the morning of Wednesday September 23rd. Brunch and mingling starting at 10 am, author presentation from 11 am to noon. Location: Arts & Education Building, Creve Coeur J, 2 Millstone Campus Drive.
