The Grants and Administrative Coordinator to Community Impact provides essential administrative, logistical, and data support to the Community Impact team at the Jewish Federation of St. Louis. This role helps ensure the smooth implementation of grants, programs, and partnerships that serve the Jewish community. The Grants and Administrative Coordinator, coordinates scheduling, manages grant and program documentation, supports finance-related tracking, assists with communication materials, and contributes to events, committees, and stakeholder engagement efforts.

As the Campaign Operations, you will lead and execute the strategic planning and operation of the Federation’s Annual Campaign. This includes managing donor pipelines, campaign events, volunteer engagement, sub-campaigns, financial processing, and marketing. You’ll be central to realizing the Federation’s fundraising goals and reinforcing its philanthropic impact.

Security Officer – Full Time (Apply Here)

The Security Officer is responsible for protecting the lives and property on the Millstone Campus and contracted facilities within the Jewish Community. The primary function is to be the frontline crime deterrent, whether by vehicle patrol, foot patrol, or stationary post. This position is required to carry a firearm and maintain the necessary licenses. This role is expected to adhere to the Jewish Federation’s mission, vision, and values.
