PAUSE from daily responsibilities and take time to Recharge and Refocus with a day of interactive workshops and meaningful dialogue. Come away with skills and practices to navigate change and ambiguity, manage stress and build professional relationships.

The PAUSE Retreat will be a day of nourishment, community and growth.

   Facilitated by Yoshi Silverstein, Founder & Executive Director, Mitsui Collective
Yoshi Silverstein’s work seeks to nourish body and soul through embodied Jewish practice. Previously, he worked at Hazon, catalyzing the growth of emerging professionals who work across the U.S. and Canada in the realm of the Jewish relationship to land, food, culture, and climate. As a Chinese-Ashkenazi-American Jew, Yoshi is an active leader, advocate, and educator in the Jews of Color community and speaks regularly on diversity, equity, and inclusion. He earned his Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture at the University of Maryland with a thesis exploring Jewish landscape journey and experience. He holds certificates in spiritual entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship, and environmental education. Yoshi learns best in community and is a Jewish fellowship junky. He is also an adjunct faculty member at Reconstructionist Rabbinical College and sits on the Board of Directors for Repair the World.
