Explore strategies to amplify our organizational strengths through listening, mentorship, mission, flexibility, and developing meaningful relationships with each other. We will learn how to strengthen the work experience for our staff and create a clear plan of action for healthy and productive work environments, especially as we continue to work both in-person and virtually.
