Tom Hillman has been involved with private business enterprises over the course of his career and has experience with regional governance issues in other states.
Professor Emeritus Terry Jones (UMSL) has been a consultant to more than 70 governmental and non-profit organizations. His current research focuses on metropolitan governance, urban policy, and state government.
Molly Metzger is a Professor at the Brown School at Washington University. Her research focuses on housing policy and the use of tax incentives in economic development.
Les Sterman retired from leading the East-West Gateway Council of Governments after a long career. He is leading a subcommittee of JCRC in the study of regional governance in St. Louis.
