Dean will share his experience as an immigrant from Ukraine, making aliyah when he was nine years old and challenges he faced as he worked on developing a new identity as an Israeli. He will share stories about his five year experience in the prestigious Commando unit of the IDF. These experiences helped him to find the strength to follow his dreams to become an actor.
Dean is a successful actor in Israel, performing in leading roles in popular Israeli TV. As an immigrant, the transition and integration into Israeli society was not easy, especially for a young boy. As a young adult, he served in the prestigious Commando unit in the IDF for five years. He is a well-known actor in Israel, his roles include The Eight (2005), Combat Medics (2016) and Fullmoon (2017).
