DESCRIPTION:Natalie Galucia\, LMSW\, Assistant Director of the Harvey A. Friedman Center for Aging at Washington University\, leads an engaging discussion on ageism—what it is\, where it shows up\, and how it impacts people of all ages. She will explore the subtle and overt ways age-related bias influences healthcare\, employment\, relationships\, and self-perception. Participants will learn how to recognize ageist attitudes and take steps toward more inclusive\, respectful communication across generations.
