DESCRIPTION:Led by Nikki Adams\, MSW\, LMSW\, a trained facilitator with Provident Behavioral Health\, MindMatters is a safe\, welcoming space to share experiences\, feelings\, and thoughts with other older adults experiencing the challenges of aging and all that comes with it. This support group meets monthly – come as often as you wish to discuss information on improving mental wellness. Learn from each other’s coping strategies\, resources\, and insights. Ideal for older adults interested in connecting with others in a supportive and encouraging environment. \nSupported by a grant from the Women’s Auxiliary Foundation for Jewish Aged.\nNo cost to register\, but RSVP required.
