DESCRIPTION:Are you seeking connection — or a space to reflect more deeply on your life experiences? Writing an autobiography is a great way to memorialize thoughts and emotions as well as your own experiences. Dr. Maxine Mirowitz\, registered yoga teacher and leader of the Storywriter’s Guild\, returns to the Mirowitz Center to provide guidance and inspiration as you write your personal narrative. This six-part program (October 9\, 16 & 30 and November 6\, 13 & 20) enables you to express yourself in a safe and accepting environment. Writers of all levels\, novice to advanced\, are welcome – please sign up today!
