Hundreds will attend this premier event at the fabulous Four Seasons to Party Like It’s 5773!

Jewish Federation is throwing a New Year bash to show appreciation to donors who gave $1,000+ to the 2012 Community Campaign. The party, which will be a playful celebration of Rosh Hashanah in a non-traditional way, will begin at 7 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 13, at the Four Seasons Hotel (999 North 2nd Street – at the riverfront) when donors will Party Like It’s 5773! There will be no speeches but Spanky Entertainment–Dueling Pianos will perform live and there will be drinks and desserts. Dietary laws will be observed.

Prior to the big party, there will be a VIP “thank you” reception for the Women’s Philanthropy Pomegranate level donors ($1,800+) and Federation’s professional societies ($1,800+ donors) –Montefiore, Maimonides and Cardozo, sponsored by UMB Bank. The pre-reception will be held at 6 p.m. in the Pre-function Area on the 6th floor of the hotel. There will be appetizers and drinks before the big event.

Party attire; ties not required. Cost $18.

If you haven’t made your 2012 pledge of $1,000+ to the Community Campaign, there’s still time. Increased pledges up to $1,000 and increases over last year’s gift between $1,000 and $9,999 will be matched dollar for dollar by the Lester Miller Challenge Grant. RSVP by Sept. 7.
