Deborah Grayson Riegel, MSW, PCC, returns to St. Louis November 12-14 to lead training programs targeted to different leaders in the Jewish community and St. Louis region. Riegel is an internationally recognized expert in communication skills and professional coaching. She contributes to Harvard Business Review, Forbes, Bloomberg Business Week and the New York Times. Deborah is adjunct faculty at the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business and her clients include American Express, Google and Kraft. Deborah spends extensive time working with Jewish organizations across North America and is the founder of the Jewish Coaching Academy.

Deborah will present the Coaching Academy on Monday or Tuesday, November 13 and 14 for business professionals and nonprofit leaders from throughout St. Louis. This live, instructor-led training will include lecture, interactive activities and exercise, small and large group discussions, use of materials and handouts, coaching demonstrations, coaching practice in dyads and triads, personalized feedback and Q & A. All programs run 9:00 am – 5:00 pm at RISE Collaborative Workspace. Deborah will also be offering a separate session of the Coaching Academy weaving in Jewish values on Sunday, November 12 for the Millstone Fellows, Fellows Alumni and representatives from Jewish organizations.

Additionally, included in the program are optional follow up sessions at different times and locations to continue to advance the skills learned, facilitated by Marci Mayer Eisen, certified coach and director of the Jewish Federation of St. Louis’ Millstone Institute.
