What an amazing week we had!
It started off with NFTY Winter Chavurah 2019, which was so much fun! The convention was in Saint Louis at United Hebrew. Kids came from Denver, Kansas City, and more! I was so glad to see my friends from Colorado. During the convention, we talked about intersectionality in our life, learned about the different cultures in Israel, had a basketball tournament, and so much more!
On Sunday, January 20, we celebrated the Tree’s Birthday – TU B’SHEVAT. The kids of the ECC received a nice plant kit. We talked about the holiday and what people in Israel do, and we also played TU B’SHEVAT BINGO! And learnt some new Hebrew words!
The last weekend was busy and full of nice experiences! I can’t believe we are already at the end of January.
