Michal Yudin will be speaking about women’s leadership in Israel. Women represent 51% of the population in Israel. Although professionally qualified, the “glass ceiling” stops most women from making it into the top tiers in business, politics and the public arena. Come hear how WePower provides Israeli women with the tools that they need to break through these professional barriers.
Michal Yudin is the Chairwoman of WePower, a non-profit, non-partisan Israeli organization that promotes women’s leadership, gender integration and equality at all levels of Israeli society. Prior to her work in WePower, Michal was elected to head WIZO’s (Woman’s International Zionist Organization) Committee for the Advancement of Women in Politics. As a deep believer in equal opportunity and true democracy, she founded WePower in 2000 together with a group of friends.
