Sad tidings appear all over the world:
economically, politically,
with even Nature showing
her wrath
by freezes, floods, and fires!
Are we listening?
Are we displeasing God?
We’re dishonoring
His commandments!
We must seek help,
not only from other humans,
but from God!
Only He has the power
to help us to change
the way we live,
to hold tight to hope,
to renew our faith,
to work hard for change,
and thereby to honor God!
